I just had an idea about a cool way to scale (zoom in/ out) the in-game maps (item)!
Basically the idea is this: All maps will be crafted the same scale. To zoom the map out, all you do is put it in the middle of a crafting grid and surround it with paper. Voila! Bigger map (more zoomed out).
To zoom in, all you'd do is craft a map together with shears. You cut a piece off the map, so it becomes smaller (more zoomed in)!

What do you guys think?
but then how would you zoom out?
it doesnt make sense.
Unless you used common sense.
+ to zoom in
- to zoom out.
what do you mean? when you click on the plus it zooms out on the map, when you hit the - it zooms in on the map
+ to zoom in and - to zoom out
I think he means that it's kinda unlrealistic to have a + and - on a piece of paper...
If I helped you or if you like something I made, press the WHITE arrow inside of a GREEN 'square' at the bottom right!
i meant that when you just crafted the map, and then you zoom out,
the map would magically get bigger?
this
sorry for double post.
