Ok, I have a rather... large imagination. Here is me letting out a bit of it.
New enemies:
Stalker: looks like a creeper, except humanoid, instead of blowing up it does melee attacks. Bigger than normal enemies. Can break blocks. lots of health.
Scorpion: Slower but stronger than the spider. Tail can poison you- it takes half heart a second until you die or eat.
Necromancer: Evil NPC who kills other NPCS and turns them into zombies that don't burn.
Rider Skellie: A skeleton enemy riding a spider. both have seperate hitpoints but spider only jumps and moves until rider is dead.
New Items:
obsidian tools: I would say as durable or moreso then diamond.
Spear: two sticks diagonal and then your choice of material. Used for medium-ranged attacks.
Low damage but good for keeping, say, creepers or zombies at bay.
Clay pot: Take clay and put it in a bucket shape with one above each outer piece. Used for holding stuff, like a crate except smaller.
Teleportal: Made with endermen eye (below) in center, redstone dust under, and Iron in all other spots. Need two to teleport between them.
New blocks:
Darkness Rock: Found in the nether- actually lowers light.
Ghast Hive: A rock in the nether that Ghasts spawn from. Collectible- therefore you could have somewhere to make human enemies of yours go and die!
Oil: Acts like water, found underground. Flammable. Can be used as fuel for fire, or in traps.
New drops:
Endermen Eye: Dropped from endermen. Can be used to build teleportal.
Tentacle: Dropped from squid. When placed down, it covers three blocks. No blocks can be put on top of it.
Fur: Dropped from wolves. Can be put on crafting table, with a leather armor piece in the middle, put fur in all other spots. Creates furry armor- no added resistance, just decoration.
New biome:
"Spires": this biome genrally has super-tall, steep, smooth mountains rich in minerals/ores/valuables. They usually have plenty of rare material but tend to also be rich in dungeons, and sometimes the dungeons are open to the surrounding lands.

Sounds like an enderman on steroids. Tell me, what does this mob add? How will this improve the game? How will you tell those angry players that their buildings can now be griefed in SSP?
Scorpion: Slower but stronger than the spider. Tail can poison you- it takes half heart a second until you die or eat.
Again, what does this add? How rare is it? Where does it spawn? How would you balance it?
Necromancer: Evil NPC who kills other NPCS and turns them into zombies that don't burn.
A village full of zombies sounds lame. THis mob doesn't seem scary o challenging, it just sounds annoying.
Rider Skellie: A skeleton enemy riding a spider. both have seperate hitpoints but spider only jumps and moves until rider is dead.
Gratz. You just described a spider jockey.
New Items:
obsidian tools: I would say as durable or moreso then diamond.
Obsidian is super common and even manufacturable in lage numbers. Unbalanced, AND already suggested.
Spear: two sticks diagonal and then your choice of material. Used for medium-ranged attacks.
Low damage but good for keeping, say, creepers or zombies at bay.
Already suggested. Sounds like a sword with new stats, something so uncreative and out of place that the thought of adding it makes me cringe.
Teleportal: Made with endermen eye (below) in center, redstone dust under, and Iron in all other spots. Need two to teleport between them.
Suggested.......around 5 times now?
New blocks:
Darkness Rock: Found in the nether- actually lowers light.
Not sure what I think of this.
Ghast Hive: A rock in the nether that Ghasts spawn from. Collectible- therefore you could have somewhere to make human enemies of yours go and die!
I don't like this idea. Doesn't seem....right.
Oil: Acts like water, found underground. Flammable. Can be used as fuel for fire, or in traps.
Obviously, already suggested.
New drops:
Tentacle: Dropped from squid. When placed down, it covers three blocks. No blocks can be put on top of it.
Why do we need this!?!??!
Fur: Dropped from wolves. Can be put on crafting table, with a leather armor piece in the middle, put fur in all other spots. Creates furry armor- no added resistance, just decoration.
Almost identical to another post made 4 weeks ago.

Not a wishlist- a list of suggestions. I don't have the time to look at every stupid forum post on this site, I am just posting ideas that popped in my head.
Unrelated? These are all suggestions for minecraft on a minecraft suggestion forum! How in the freaking nether is this unrelated?
Tell that to the mod that's going to lock it soon.

Dude...this could be an awesome mod, but I would not like to see this in the final game. One mob even closely resembles the already official Spider Jockey.

"Not a wishlist, a list of suggestions"
There's a difference? It's a guge list of somewhat unrelated suggestions.
