My idea is simple enough. You know how tools in MineCraft have a bar that changes from green to red as their uses are used up? Well, what if, when you open up your crafting screen, when you hover your mouse over the tool, it says "*Tool Name*-*uses*" . This would greatly help planning resources, such as how many pickaxes or shovels to make, plus it makes gauging the decay of a tool much easier.
He means that we shouldn't get sentences and sentences of tool tips when we hover over an item, just something really short.

If I helped in any way, don't click that little green +, instead tell me how much you liked the post. (Only those who are incapable of earning rep the hard way have to beg for it in their signatures).
If they would even just replace the durability bar on most items to a number it would work.

Feel free to criticise!
Care to expand on that a little?

Ahh. Okay, then my original assumption was correct. I hope a number isn't considered too much. :wink.gif:

Yeah, but you have to be careful, because some people would mistake a durability number for a quantity number.
