currently it is a bit of a pain after finding a dungeon that you have to go looking for more when you run out of mossy cobblestone. i say that mossy cobblestone should spread like grass!
the items that should also be infested with moss.
brick blocks-now you can get mossy bricks! what is more the moss itself can also be taken off the bricks in the crafting area and put to different use!
smooth stone-slowly but surely the moss can spread. nature cannot be stopped and will therefore CRACK SMOOTH STONE INTO COBBLESTONE before spreading into it!
stone bricks-due to the huge fortress/labyrinth not being polished up once in a while the moss has spread from mossy stone bricks to normal ones and infested them! it even can take hold of cracked stone bricks and stone brick stairs!
new uses for removed moss!
when moss is placed in the crafting table alone it can be broken up into small chucks! then it can be combined with leather armor to give it padding and (small) regeneration! you can also use it on stone tools which repair over time as well! just to top it all off... you can create moss blocks which are a brilliant dark green colour very different to green wool! moss is also rather resistant to creeper explosions! it also is flammable.
you know how leafs on trees have a certian generating distance? its like that. destroy the original source block that the moss came from and it dies off.
