I been hearing a lot of these strongholds, saw videos of them and i been relising, that they only spawn once per world. should be called THE stronghold :sad.gif: . And the reward they get, are TERRIABLE. So how about making it more... worthwhile on finding them. How about making them more often, as in, not them being once per world. Regardless WHATEVER is in that god damn chest, you only experience the stronghold once.

I would like a special set of tools you earn from conquering the stronghold. They're not infinite or OP, but perhaps they could come with a special perk.
I do agree on a better loot, but I do not agree on more of them I personally love, the one per world its kinda like finding the straw in the needle stack ( or however it goes)
Well, it is a pre-release they may be more common in the full release. Loot chests need to be less rare but harder to get, like a new mob that guards these strongholds... Maybe in 1.9?
I forgot my name, but i think on is a little little, but have to many, and it wouldnt be important. I say have one every Humungus area appart, such as 30 to fourty chunks. No idea how much a chunk is, but this sounds like alot. I would also support better loot in them.
Secondly, if theres only one, chances are, thats how your gonna finish the game....
Agreed, I think the Stronghold should be populated with zombie pigman, and there ought to be a chest in the farthest room of it containing a full diamond armor...if you can defeat the 10 zombie pigman that will be in that room!

Diamond Armor? For killing Zombie Pigman, that's way too easy! Just get two blocks higher than them and you just bypassed like 99% of what the games about!

I'm sorry, but I think my brain died a little from trying to read that.
And as for bosses to get inside, I kind of like the Aether's system of the bosses dropping keys which you need to open the chests (regardless of the fact that you can't get to the chests without defeating the boss anyways :tongue.gif:)
wow lots of posts agreeing PART of what i say. If there should be more it should be like the same rarity as a gold dungeun in the aether. And more rewarding like it being in a throne room with a boss that wants to give you a "hug"
PLUS they could increase the chances for like thoses bricks. because those are like, the only places you can get bricks and if you want to build an epic castle of doom out of bircks, you can't. without cheating :tongue.gif:

You can find more than one Gold Dungeon in the Aether. I've found at least three in one map.
