This is more for the people who like to destroy things (bigtime).
I was thinking that there should be something that blows up a bigger area than TNT does. So I came up with the idea of a nuke. Which would be crafted by putting TNT blocks in all of the spaces in the crafting grid:
This would blow up an area 12 times bigger than one TNT block. That doesn't sound like much, but if you were to have it at something like 30 times bigger you could have the problem of minecraft crashing. This would obviously also happen if you were to overdo it (place a shitload of nukes around one area).
But I don't think it's very necessary. If I wanted to create a hole 12 times bigger, I'd use 12 blocks of . Though this conserves 3 of those blocks, I still feel like 12 blocks is a bit much, and may in fact, if placed in the wrong hands, could lead to some heavy griefing within seconds.
Though, I would like to see other ways gunpowder could be used instead of bigger booms.

The difference between planting one nuke and 12 blocks of TNT is if you explode one of the 12 TNT blocks there's a chance that at least one of the 12 will fly off somewhere (If placed about ground). This makes a nuke more concentrated (In a way).

I understand that, what I don't exactly understand is how would this be a good addition to minecraft?
If I were in survival, I don't think there's any way I could get 9 TNT blocks, and if I did, I'd use them separately. This makes a great mod/plugin, as a lot of these ideas do.
And personally, if it's been done as a mod, there's no need for a suggestion. Sorry! :unsure.gif:
