Installing Mods can be very dificult at times, For the people who dont know how, I came up with this!
So first of currently you have to manually Place the files in the right places in the MInecraft.Jar folder.
You also need to download 7zip or winRAR but some people just dont get it! So, what you could do is have the minecraft.jar file Modifyed with a few minecraft mods E.X More Creeps and Weirdos and Mo's Creatures all in there .jar folder then put the file of the entire .jar for download on the forums or Media fire. That way all you have to do is download it and stick the jar into your bin! Geniouse right! Tell me what you think below!
Ok well would it be illegal if you asked the mod creators?
If you have some mods can you send me the minecraft.jar because im having some trouble
The legal issue is not with the mod creators, but with Mojang. minecraft.jar is the main Minecraft binary. Sharing your minecraft.jar, even a modded, is like pirating Minecraft.
And it is illegal to pirate apps trough e-mail too.
Well, it looks like the API Mojang is releasing is going to make modding simpler, and it's also "Texturepacks and mods", the button on the menu, not just texturepacks, so I assume they've got something planned to make it easier.

Its illegal because your giving Mojang's hard work up for free download.
