Looks: Kind of like a hooded person, the face is covered in shadows but the hands are like claws and stuff, younger kids might freak out but I don't think it is that scary.
Size: Same as other mobs, 2 blocks high and 1 blocks wide. Oh, just for conversation, if 1 block is supposed to be 1 meter, does that mean all mobs are 1 meter wide? LOL!
Speed: About 3/4 the speed of the player? It should be a sort of mob that takes its time.
Okay, the confuser will throw a sort of blue dust, the dust are stuck together, sort of like redstone, and when it hits the player, the player lose 0.5 heart and will suddenly face a random direction, it will be random so that you will not know where to turn to face the mob again. <--- This is sort of like your body does not know where to move and suddenly face somewhere else. After that, some blue dots will fly over your computer screen for 2 seconds, not enough to block your vision totally but enough to annoy you. However, the confuser would try to run away from you instead of moving towards you and throwing magical dust at you. If you get close to 6 blocks away from it, it would try to protect itself, its claws coming up to attack you, dealing 1 heart of damage. It would keep continuing until you die, it die, or you are 18 blocks away from it, I don't know how, like maybe you outrun it or you fall off a cliff, when you are 18 blocks away, it would stop clawing you and start the magical dust throwing again.
So that is the first thing it does to make you confused, the second is that in a 15 by 15 by 16 area around the confuser(caves not included, the places must be connected to the mob), 4 random fake mobs will spawn, all hostile and found in overworld, maybe slimes should not be included. Anyway, this mobs are different from the actual ones, they have only 0.5 hearts and deal 0 damage, that means if a skeleton or creeper spawns, the creeper would explode but nothing would happen and the skeleton's arrows would do no damage. The spiders and the zombies would only push you. When you kill them, or do any damage since they have 0.5 hearts, They will disappear with a "poof", like the enderman teleporting except that they disappear. When the fake mobs are 24 blocks away from the confuser, they will disappear and another will spawn in their place closer to the confuser. The purpose of this is to make it difficult to fight as sometimes a fake mob might disappear when a horde of real mobs attack you, so you might end up fighting all the fake ones only to get killed by the real ones.
Now the drops, the confuser would drop confusing dust, sort of like redstone except blue in colour. This dust is throwable, when you throw it at a mob, it would suddenly pause for 1.5 seconds(or maybe it will turn around to make it look like it is confused), allowing you to run for your life, maybe the dust would also deal 0.5 damage just like the mob. However, you can make a confuser emitter by doing this:

Okay, why this recipe? Because obsidian have some magical perposes in minecraft, like making the nether portal, and diamond can play a jukebox, so it seems quite okay to put inside, but the main reason is that I want it to be expensive. What does it do? When you right-click on it, it would be like a dispenser + a bar below the 9 slots. When you place one confusing dust in there, the bar would be full then slowly drop to 0 after 12 seconds(too long?). The confuser emitter would suddenly glow with a light level of 10 and have some blow particles dancing around it. After that, any mob within 17 by 17 by 17 area of the block would be confused, their steps would be slowed by 1/4, slowed BY, not TO, like they are trying to walk carefully or are dizzy. Then would not "see" the player until he is 18 blocks away, giving an additonal 6 blocks of safety, however, when they see the player, they will become their normal self and chase after you.
Okay basically this mob is a evil hooded man with claws who throw magical dusts at you to make you confused and spawns mobs to make you even confused and drops dusts so you can be like him :biggrin.gif:.
