As a suggestion for a new tool, I have a crafting recipe for tweezers that I think would be a great addition to the game. Notch may or may not have an idea to include these into the game. But I think that it would be a great addition. It would be like sheering sheep for wool with the sheers. The tweezers would have the same durability as the sheers. Also, you can only pluck up to 5-6 feathers on a chicken before it dies. Comment if you like the idea or if you have a better idea for a crafting recipe.
Well... it's a bit different if you pluck feathers from a chicken. That's like taking the cow's leather/hide and letting it live without a skin. Kind of gruesome o__e

Not quite. A chicken has skin underneath, and is constantly molting and regrowing feathers. This would be more like forcibly removing all the fur from a wolf, one strand at a time. Still painful and gruesome, not always fatal.
I don't like the idea. It doesn't make sense to have a tool with a singular use, especially when the same effect could be achieved with the things we already have.
