Ok so I hope I am not the only one that thinks that it is absurd that you can hit blocks 4 spaces away. My suggestion is implement that your bare hand and normal tools can only reach 2 blocks max. I think it would make it a tad more realistic and you could implement the use of "two handed tools". A two handed tool would take a regular tool you already have with a stick under it. With the two handed tools you could reach the 4 spaces reach that you can now, or even make it up to 5 spaces. Now all of the normal tools would be just like they were except for the sword. The two handed variant, i think, would be more of a spear, so it would a sword on top with 2 sticks under neath it. The spear would give extended ranger and maybe with right click, you could throw it, dealing double damage but losing three times the item health. The spear would be heavier and would have a faster drop rate then an arrow but do more damage. With the two handed you could also implement "hand tools" which would only allow you the block space of either 1 (which would also make anything under tier 2 tools only have a space of one, which i would mind) or 2(which then i would say tier 2 tools would have a range of 3 and tier 3 tools a range of 5 indefinitely) and could be crafted at the 2x2 table (I am using this part from the Extended2x2 Crafting Grid mod, link below). so now there would be tier 1, 2, and 3 tools.

Why are all of your critiques so unhelpful and lacking in grammar?
