No, not even in hardcore mode, even though hunger and thirst is being added I can't find someone in their right mind that would enjoy playing minecraft like this. Even challenge seekers.
1. For Notch's sake please try to use real grammar. I mean, would capitalizing and making real paragraphs kill you? Geez.
2. This is a wishlist, and these ideas have been suggested before.
3. Fear: While Minecraft certainly does have a kind of "fear factor" to it, it does not screw with your character's movement or anything. Certainly, making your character breathe more heavily at night or in caves would be a welcome addition - in fact I would love to see that, because it would add tension for the actual person playing. But actually causing negative effects to the player simply by seeing a monster or entering a cave is stupid.
4. Realistic Armor/Weapons: crafting is not meant to be a chore. It is not meant to take 500 steps to craft a single item in Minecraft. Your idea makes it too complicated and too annoying to craft a necessary tool for survival.
5. While I think everyone would appreciate a little more realism in Minecraft, this takes it to a level I hate to see. Realism mode will add hunger and supposedly thirst (in addition to temperature stuff), but things like this are ridiculous and take away from the essence of the game.
So you don't think its weird how you just magically turn iron into tools?
And don't you think it's TEEEERIBLE how in call of duty you are put instantly into battle? Shouldn't you have a long heartwarming scene before with your wife and comrades? 'Tis a game deal wit it
If anything just a mod.
