I just wanted to say that I saw this video someone made of enderman...:
It's fake but it shows a cool way that endermen could work.
Currently, how Notch describes them is that when they are far away they'll teleport closer and once they get a certain distance close to you they just run at you. I think it would be a lot cooler if they only moved when you weren't looking like they do in that video.
We here at the Minecraft community are terribly sorry that the Enderman doesn't live up to your 360-noscope iLegiit standards.
In all seriousness, go back to CoD, lol.
99.9% of the forums are actually looking forward to the upcoming mob. Don't like it? Too bad.
Now, this idea is good, but I like whats planned for endermen more. Because it's more... well... with this implemented, you could look at it once, you knew you made a mistake, walk off. With Notch's idea, once you've looked at it, you're dead not going to come out without some scratches..
The concept the video/thread is trying to relay is that it only moves when you're not looking at it. It doesn't mean that it takes one baby hop every time you look away, it means the longer you look away, the more it moves. In the video, he looks at it, looks away, and looks back. If he didn't look back, it would have kept moving and slew him. See what I mean here? It's like the Boo from Mario, really.

Another 50% aren't buying the hyperbole. I personally couldn't care one way or the other, just getting sick and tired of seeing "ANOTHER ENDERMAN THREAD". I think 7 per page is perfectly fine, thank you.

Just a thought.
That's pretty much what they do.
