Getting the dimensions can be done in three easy steps!
1.) If "Female" option chosen, place block on location on current male human model.
2.) Using a method of cloning and duplicating, the current skin of the player would be morphed to accommodate said dimensions.
3.) Profit!
It's that easy!
But wait, there's more! If you call now, we'll throw in another set of dimensions in, absolutely free of charge! You just need to pay separate shipping and handling!

Must be eighteen or older to call.
What if another, said Lara Croft incident happens when someone overincreases said "dimensions"?
it'd be nice....but getting the *ahem* dimensions would be odd.....
I disagree. Make the overall body thinner. 3pix for female arms and legs as apposed to 4pix for male arms and legs. Thinner body but same sized head. Details like breasts, utilizing color shading, and hair, utilizing the hat... could be implemented in the skins as is done as of now. Maybe the hat could be slightly longer going down, in order to allow longer hair!
And yes, the voice should definitely have to change. But how would you implement something like this into the gameplay? Would it be a check box feature in the options menu?

Two theories, one is pretty farfetched,
1. yes a checkbox
2. if notch ever decides to implement a skin editor for people that don't know how to use skinedit and such, and just to make it easier.
lol
Anyway, that would be cool; kind of like how Halo has an option for both.
You don't have to go that extreme, people look fine as they are, that would probably get a ton of girls to love... or hate notch.
