Jackal- the wolf of the desert. well, actually exactly like wolf, exept spawns only on sand in desert areas.
Whale- like squid, exept the body size of a ghast. will break boats if collided with, dropping no resources. will drop blubber, same uses as slimeballs.
Killer Whale (Orca)- like whale, but will attack boats, but will not harm the player unless provoked. same drop as whale.
Falcon- will fly just below cloud level, and will attempt to steal fish from the player if they drop one. will attack if you attack it, or if you come close to an Falcons' nest. the falcon nest will be a spawn for falcons. will drop feathers and can be tamed like Wolves if given fish. when tames they will fly high enough to avoid being attacked, and will follow the player until right clicked.(get it low enough to click by throwing a fish where you want it to land) Falcons' nests spawn in forests. they can be retrieved by destroying with fists. when placed, will spawn one Wild Falcon before disapearing.
Monkey- Have a jump height of 2. and will steal the item the player is holding and run off with it (they will not weild it). they are neutral, and will play with switches, buttons and pressure plates (becoming something close of a NPC griefer) also will open doors (and trapdoors)(not iron) if come into contact with. eats reeds. RARELY drops bones.
Living Rock- will spawn anywhere, as long as there is 1 3x3 space of smoothstone free. is hostile, and as strong as a zombie. will not burn in sunlight. will remove the 3x3 of stone it spawned on. when killed will drop 9 cobblestone. has a chance to drop ores.
Living Netherrack- will spawn in the nether, same conditions as living rock, exept spawns on netherrack and obsidian. will drop netherrack, glowstone dust, and soulsand. has a small chance to drop obsidian.
Minecraftian- will be default skin. is neutral. can spawn with any armor/weapons (will drop whatever armor/weapon it has, but will be half broken). when killed, will drop one item, any item (that can be obtained legitimately). the better armor/weapon they have, the higher chances of a good drop.

Ghost- will be a passive enemy(read on before flaming) that doen't deal, nor take damage. will make loud wailing sound when they find you, telling all other enemy mobs where you are. they will follow you until day, when they burst into flames. the only way to kill them is with fire. they have noclip enabled, but cannot see through walls. they drop slimeballs on death. they are basically the scout for the undead.
Banshee- a ghost that not only warns enemies, but will tell ALL spawned mobs where you are, and screams every time a kill is made, that causes the player's view to shake slightly.
The only 2 things that would be alittle weird would be the Living Rock And Netherrack. The Jackal would be nice and challenging if it was a day time enemy. The Monkey would Be Funny XD. You have very good ideas but could be improved to make the perfect mobs. You deserve for the ideas :biggrin.gif:

the jackal isnt an enemy. it's a (basically) wolf, but it spawns only in the desert.
You don't seem to understand the ins and outs of mobs, each mob in the game has a specific purpose and these don't seem useful in that way. For every mob that is added means you will find less of all other types of mobs since there is a mob limit (if there wasn't it would be unrealistically full of animals.
