No, not transferring Minecraft worlds. Transferring Minecraft itself to another account.
My friend wants Minecraft and I didn't really enjoy the game that much so I was planning on giving my account to him but then I remembered it had my billing information in it and I can't give that away so I was just wondering if a transferring option can be put up on the website in the near-future. I'm not that sure but some players may also feel the same as me and because Minecraft does not issue refunds it would be a waste to just leave Minecraft sitting on their desktop and it would be a better option to give it to someone as a gift of some sort.
NO. Don't click New Thread. Read the rules. I don't give a damn how long or boring they are. If you do not, you will be subject to massive flaming and criticism by yours truly.
that would be a little stupid , i mean like 5 people can plkay it at the same time.
if you got friends , you got give it to one , then he gives it to the other one and so on and so on...
when they get it they open they client and then they give it to the other one , in that way the only thing that would happen is that it would sho w" illegal copy " or something like that , and if they dont close the client they can play it always , and if they close it they just got to do it again... , it can be done with even 100000 persons and it would work that same way...

I personally don't like Minecraft. I don't hate it I just don't see what I can really do and my computer lags Minecraft way to much. So I would like to GIVE AWAY the entire game to him. I don't want to share a copy. I want him to have it.
just change the credit card number to some random number in the profile page. duh
The number isn't there. I meant it's within the system and if I were to give my account to him and then there would be a time where he would not like to play it anymore he would give it to a friend. And who knows, his friend might be able to retrieve my parent's credit card number. That's why I would like to just give the game away.

Does he really not have 20$ to buy it for himself? That's just sad.
Then let him have your login and password.
It's not in the system. It's in paypal. It's no where in Minecraft. Are you 10?

I bet you would like it if you got optimine, optifog, the latest Java version, and a computer that isn't from 1996.
Also, billing info is not visible anywhere on the account. The only place it has that is on your visa bill history and in Mojang's receipt database.
