notch is actualy going to implement a game mode where if u die your whole world gets erased and it generates a new one
I know but that's a bit harsh. Unless he changes creepers to they actually make an idol noise, being killed by one sneaking up on you in a cave then deleting your world as punishment for not paying attention to your surroundings for 3 seconds is just unfair.

That's just my take though.
yeah it is extream but its for extream survival people. another way is if you die you lose everything in ur inventory.
I never bothered living either, but didn't ask the question. I like the idea of increasing hearts but I'd rather have a penalty for dying rather than a reward for living. Maybe you lose half a heart to your maximum total every time you die. To a minimum of five? You restore these by surviving three entire days.

That is really, really harsh, just stupid IMO. It can take away months, possibly even years of work. What if you glitch into a wall? Is the game like "**** you, our game is glitchy, bye hard work"

Yeah, come to think of it a penalty for dieing is better than a reward for living.

That's an awful though.

Well you'd be really stupid to put years of work into a word in this type of gamemode.

Sounds like an interesting idea for a difficulty mod. To imposing on casual players to make it into the actual game.
