I think adding Poison Arrow using slim balls would add a new dynamic to the combat. The poison arrows could be crafted by adding a slimeball to a normal arrow. Since slimballs are rare it would keep the poison arrow from being over powered. Instead of 5 arrows to kill a monster it would only take 2. Also if you hit a person with one there could be a antidote for it.

Yes If a person gets hit by one poison arrow only they would start to take damage over time. maybe the same damage as fire does, because their armor would have any damping affect on how much health they would. I havent yet thought of a good cure for the poison yet.
