So flint blocks follow the laws of gravity, but the can charge electricity. You can put them in a mine cart, and when it passes another minecart with a flint block your minecart gets a boost. If you use somthing like a pistion to manke a flint block, and it passes another flint block they will orbit each other. Stuff like iron and gold blocks can conduct electricity, and activate things like redstone, or you can just put down redstone. Just dont put it next to water or you could make water that hurts people. How to craft flint blocks it easy!!! Its just 9 flint. Also when flint blocks orbit each other it charges electricity so that how it works. So tell me if you like this idea
No. Electrical currents do not pass through flint.

There should just be a redstone block. :tongue.gif:

I don't see flint as redstone property but instead it would flammable like netherrack except it would look nicer than netherrack (I think netherrack is ugly). Also it should only need 4 flint since making blocks have been changed in the latest update.

Redstone is electricity.
There is a track that can sense when you run over it with a minecart.
Flint block makes no sense.
Boosters already exist.

Creeper Jockeys, Because Screw Your Sense of Safety
How does flint carry redstone charges? I realize that Minecraft's logic isn't perfect, but still.
And the uses for this flint block can be replaced by other blocks/items instead.

I was sorely dissapointed.
You mean redstone ISN'T electricity.
