I was wandering around my world, and it had been raining for the past three days and three nights. I realized if that were to happen in real life, there would be major flooding. This seemed like a pretty cool idea, so I thought I would suggest it. If the rain continues for a certain amount of time, it should raise the water levels somehow. Let me know what you think, or how this might be implemented.
I don't think it rains long enough for the ocean to rise even a few inches, let alone an entire meter lol.

This makes sense so realistically the only water levels which should potentially rise would be the small lakes/ponds and possibly the filling of holes in the ground. I think the physics of the water would likely need to be changed to accommodate the rising and falling of water levels in a realistic fashion since water levels will never jump the height of a full block .
