If you payed a bit more attention, you'd know that Microsoft bought exclusive rights to Minecraft, thus there will be no PS3/Wii/any other console system version of Minecraft.

OMG, if MC does something that is against what I believe then I will never play the game again; despite the fact that I've already paid for the game and my decision will not affect Mojang in the least; and also despite the fact that their decision will not impact me, my playstyle, or the funfactor of the game.
If you're going to drama queen, at least in-b4drama over something that anyone cares about; like a system powerful enough to run MC in the first place.

Uhhh... Uncharted isn't on the 360 because of exclusive rights, Uncharted is on the PS3 because Sony is the developer. That's like saying "Metroid isn't on the PS3 because Nintendo paid exclusive rights" it's because it's inhouse developed and there is an intrinsic non-portability associated with it.
On an aside: Obtaining exclusive rights to a game isn't a problem. Obtaining exclusive rights to a franchise cheapens the franchise (like EA acquiring exclusive rights to the NFL assuring no other company could compete. With no competition, there is no reason to make the games damn good except to line your own wallets, even then; you can always rely on the millions of ****tards that'll buy your next game because you incremented the number in the title.
Madden 2013 is better than 2012 because it's number is 1 higher LAWLS!

Anyhow, while I think exclusive deal was a terrible idea (as I still think we'd be the better console for it, creativity wise, though I'd prefer multi-platform.. by that, I mean the PS3 and 360, maybe the WiiU, but defintely not the Wii), I can deal with it. I still have Minecraft on my PC to look forward to. Oh, and I could of sworn someone made a thread for the Minecraft console disucssion or whatever.

Hello People, I had an idea that probably many people have had before, Minecraft on the 3ds.
The controls would be like Kid Icarus: Uprising, you use the stylus to control what direction you are facing, the circle pad would be used to walk. The left button would be used to break blocks, or hurt mobs, like the left mouse key. The right button would be used to place blocks, and use items, like the right mouse button.
In order to scroll items there would be a bar at the bottom of the touch screen, with the sneak and inventory buttons on the sides.
After seeing some new "MC on Other Console" threads pop up I decided to merge a bunch of them into the megathread for it. That's why this thread just grew about 7 pages in 4 minutes.

in my eyes Mojang should not actually work on any other console, but rather allow usage to the DIRECT manufacturers of the systems to use it (For $$$$ though) This way no9t only does Mojang keep its PC version better than ever, but the people who made the systems can worry about the programming and stuff. I would LOVE minecraft on my PS3, but ONLY if i can use my6 account from here and get it for free (As i already bought it) But yeah, as i stated above, just let them sell the name to, for example, Sony. They would then work, and produce it on their system(s), depending on the deal. Now, the company that buys it would have to make it to a standard of Mojang, making sure it is a copy of a version of their choice.

Small thoughts should never be made into suggestions. Real suggestions are made with passion, they take more time and brain to create and layout.
