Whats the point of Magnets? Magnets can be used to find Iron. So that way, if you are having trouble finding it, then ittle be much more easier.
What is the flaws of Magnets?
Due to iron not being very rare, some players may find it a nuisence, and should have no way in Nether should it be on the game. But this is good for people who don't feel like digging out 120 cobblestone to find very few iron.
How will it work?
The more blocks you get near the iron, the more the magnet begins to shake. By the time the Magnet begins to shake wildly, then Iron must be near.
How do you craft it, n00b?
Well, to craft it, it will be something like this:
LEGEND = Redstone = Iron Ingot = Open Crafting Space
The only thing I like about this is the crafting recipe. It's adorable.
lol it is. I think Lapis Lazuli should be on one end for the negative flow:

This seems it would be a "noob" tool because it is really not that hard to find iron and I think only noob's would have a hard time finding iron...but I guess if you are trying to find large amounts of iron for a large rail way or something this magnet would be useful.

I agree, but its also good if there is on the map, the iron is generated low, so that way it will ease peoples trouble with it, sorta picture it like this:
When Iron should be higher up in the map. It happens rarely, but it seems this will fix that.
