now, this is a pretty small thing but i really liked the fact that we could see our face when we wanted untill 1.3.
and now the only way to see our face is via the inventory screen. i think that we could add a block that reflects light and anything in front of it
it could be the size of a ladder or it could be a full block where all sides reflect.
now i am no programmer so i don't really know how hard that would be, if someone could tell me if this is even possible for minecraft.
and i don't know exactly what the "recipe" would be either, atleast glass, but something else as well.
Yeah... this might not be very fleshed out but... i guess i got my point across anyway.
please respond
ok thanks for letting me know that
i was just about to say another thing though:
if not mirrors, why not adding water reflections, i think that could be pretty bawler as well, i'm sorry if this was mentioned before aswell!
hmm, maybe there could be an option to turn it off?
i guess that good computers won't have that much of a lag issue, but then again, i am no programmer.
It would actually be very difficult to make mirrors that actually reflect things.
The engine would have to trace the angle of the light going towards the mirror, and bounce it off correctly.
I say Mojang just makes F5+F1 to show the player's face.
