I was just trying to think of a good use for paper and string, and thought of single sticks of dynamite and tripwires or Fuse for dynamite.
With bows and snowballs being the only ranged weapons, would Single dynamite sticks be a bad idea?
TNT Blocks make massive holes wherever it is set making it quite dangerous and very costly for use on single mobs
What if we could make single sticks of dynamite out of 2 paper sheets/1 sandblock/1 gunpowder/1 string?
Less costly than making a TNT bundle It would have to be relatively weaker damage compared to TNT, but enough to destroy single enemies and maybe only destroying a 3 cube area.
Alone, dynamite would be both a throwable weapon that is timed or detonates on impact, and a re-craftable item that could be used to construct traps on a craft table.
Once you have your Dynamite stick, add 1 string / 1 piece of flint / 1 stick to Craft a Tripwire trap.
Use a single Dynamite attached to any surface or block like you would a Torch, and drag a line out and stake it in the ground or against any other block to create the tripwire.
Not sure how the fishing line works, but perhaps a similar effect can be used to achieve the tripwire?

Thoughts?
Great idea

[ ] [String] [ ]
[Paper] [Gunpowder] [Paper]
[ ] [Sand] [ ]
And then you'd craft a TNT block with 4 TNT in a square.
