First of all, I did search, and I found ALOT of ideas for diving suits. But my idea is diffrent, as it uses SLIME!
To start, put slimeballs in a furnace, and you will get rubber! Rubber is used in the creation of your dive suit, along with iron.
(Gold bar=rubber)
Helmet:
Suit: []
Pants: [] []
Shoes:
[] [] [] [] []
In the end it would look a little like the old dive suits they used in the past.
But this is old, this has been used. But there is something else that makes this unique. Air! FIrst, you would need to make a pump, which could implement the piston in its crafting, but if not, we could craft it something like this: []
(The mushroom being redstone)
And then we would need rubber pipes:
[] [] [] = 6 pumps!
We would then attachthe pipes to the pump. Once you have enough piping, you could right click the pumps while wearing the dive helm, and you would have the pump attached to your helmet. The amount of pipes you have would be as many blocks you could walk. You would turn on the pump with redstone, and as long as the pump is running, you would get air!
This actually makes sense, my only complaint would be the difficulty of getting that much slime :/
The difficuly is to keep things balanced mostly. I guess you could have the slime give 2 rubber instead.
If we're going to get in to components, can we give rubber another use?

So, who likes?

Why? I wanted to make it so that:
1. Slime has a use
2. It's hard to make
3. It's diffrent to all the other suggestions.
