We should have rainbow colored wool, which is combining 8 different colors of dyes, surrounding a piece of wool. Or combine 8 different dyes, to get rainbow dye, and dye a sheep rainbow color! Rainbow sheep will also spawn naturally, but very rare. when you craft a rainbow dye, you get 16 of the rainbow dye, to make up for the 8 you used, but when crafting it with wool, you still only get 1 rainbow wool, so painting the sheep first would probably be better.
"Minecraft? Realistic? Really? This is a game where you punch trees to get wood, you can make the wood into wooden planks in less than five seconds, and trees don't fall even if you remove a piece of the trunk from the middle. This is a game where animate corpses, giant spiders and exploding green terrorists emerge at night to hunt you down, farm animals run rampant across the countryside, and you can stop the flow of molten lava with a block of snow."
Sounds like a massive waste of dye to me. What would it be used for? I doubt for pixel art. Maybe as a rug it would have a little more use. I can't really think of any opportunity at which it would find a very useful... use.
Wool itself isn't very useful.

Curse PremiumThat would be purely aesthetic and would take up loads of blocks IDs.
Hello.
HAHA
Good one.
When you customize the bed it would replace the beds texture that's all.
Then all the beds you place would be of that texture. Of course this would be without the use of texture packs.
