My idea is that There is this item which when placed near a home will alert you to any of the mods that hurt you, or other players in multiplayer.
It would have to be moderate cost to make. So maybe something like;

The arrow could be (I can't find the icon/name) red ore?(The stuff that makes fuses)
I have two ideas, one is a sentry that shoots any mods that come too close, and one that alerts the player to them via a sound of some sort for different mods. It would have to have a certain range and such;
But what do you think?

It might make the game a bit easy, which is why it should be hard/moderate to make.

So you want a dispenser that shoots Mods? Awesome! I wish it would shoot Admins as well.

I'm not really talking about that idea, more of the sentry one. For the more stealthy
A sensing device would be nice, but the thread about "nose, ear, mouth" sensors was more fleshed out, and more sensor options.

*Smacks forehead* I thought they were called mobs because they tend to hang out at night like mobs.
