Hello,
Ever get frustrated with an inv full of coal in your search for diamonds?
Here is the solution. A pressure chamber. You put in 4x64 stacks of coal. Add a bucket of lava, and ten minutes later a diamond comes out.
It uses the lava each time.
I think that it needs so much coal because coal is easy to find. I don't think that charcoal should be allowed to be used because its too easy to find.
And maybe the diamond comes out flawed? so that anything made with it will not last as long as a diamond that you mine.
This way it isn't over powered.
This idea like my wood work bench idea is to give the player more tools for a proper workshop. not just the few things we have now.
It would make more sense for it to be crafted at present. Iron and Diamonds and Gold can be condensed into blocks, a new recipe could do the same for coal.
Though that doesn't exclude the possibility that such recipes might require a compression chamber later on.
Thats why it requires a large amount of coal and the diamond doesn't come out pure.
And you would need 768 coal just to make enough diamonds for one pick.
Also ten minutes is a long time to wait.

I'm neutral on it... I really don't know weather to like it or not.
