A lot of people complain about wanting to reduce the lag, because their computers suck. Well I have a very powerful computer that runs minecraft on max graphics with about 80 fps. If people with crap computers get super low settings, why not have people with very good computers have very high settings (see title). This would be a separate option in the menu to avoid minecraft from freezing when cycling through fog mods on a lesser computer.
Sure but only if it doesn't swich out with f, my computer could handle it, but lesser peoples? there computer might freeze if they go to super far render distence! that would SUCK, so make it only swich in the menu.

Disable F and put the video options in the options menu only that doesn't update until you confirm. This way you can't accidently hit F and blow up your computer and if you're selecting a resolution in the menu the new resolution isn't implemented until you close out of the options window.
Anyone else agree?
I see your point... i'll put that in.

I wanna be able to see as far as physically possible. Beautiful landscapes going on for miles...(kilometers?)
