Alright, so I looked through the A.P. Suggestions lists, and couldn't find this.
I always like opening Minecraft and seeing a new "Message of the Day" everytime it's opened. You know, that mini-message in yellow next to the title.
I always wondered if it was possible to add in a feature that enabled you to click on it, which would then prompt it to change randomly to another message.
This can be done as many times as possible/desired, and is at best a little bit more "ultimately useless, but interesting" eye-candy in the menu.
I don't expect this to get very much support, so if everyone hates it, LET THIS THREAD DIE.
Don't want to embarrass myself more than necessary.
But why post it, you ask, why post it if you never expect it to survive? Well, I saw another thread about how small, ingenuitive things, such as the sound of running water underground, or bubbling lava underground could help players tell if they should continue mining in the direction they were currently mining. This kind of thread received a lot of support, and I wouldn't be surprised if it soon will be, or was implemented.
This intrigued me, so I am trying to find these little niches in the game that could be filled.
A clickable "Message of the Day" in order to randomize it instantly was one of them, according to me at least.
