This idea came to me today. I was thinking about all those chruches you see made to Notch or Creepers.
Then I said...Hey, Churches look great with Stained glass don't they?
So this is how they would (likely) work. You could make it either by simply putting glass + on or two parts of dye in the Crafting Bench, or by Using the Furnace to be more realistic with the dye as the "burning agent" (put where coal goes) and glass as the Input item, The output item being glass in the color of the dye used.
The Stained Glass would be solely for decoration, in the same manner as Cloth. If possible, Light could be tinted to the color of the glass if it goes through, but that's not essential.
