We all know it been suggested before we turn complicated logic gates such as the T-Flip flop and all the other flip flops into more compact blocks like notch did with the repeters. But i have a combination of ideas and i dont know who had the originals so lets get started.in all recipes =Redstone wire =Restone torch

Pulser
A compact redstone (3?) clock that will send out a constant pulseing signal. It has 1 input end(The side your faceing when it i placed) and 3 output ends( and all the other sides).Depending on what derection your faceing in these will differ.
T flip flop
does the same as a T flip flop (when powered by a button it will stay on until the same button is pushed)This will make redstone computer memory units so much easier to build.it has 1 input side(the side your faceing when you place it). and 1 out put side(the opposit side your facing).
A 4x3 block that has 4 inputs and 3 outputs.Depending on which inputs are on the 3 outputs will be on or off. This has a good use for ALUs and stuff.
"in another thread (titled more redstone) i posted this
i have an idea for a form of redstone wire (this likely has already been thought of, but i have yet to see it.)
now do not confuse this directly with the redstone dust your able to set down and use as wire, no this is different.
The crafting recipe would look something like this
=redstone dust =halfblock (just for clarification)
this would give you 3x redstone lines. these would look similar to the redstone delay/repeater in size/shape
okay now what this would be able to do is have red stone be set out like railroad tracks, but it would be different. for starters, when you right clicked on the set block, it would be able to make a 90 degree turn (first to the right) then if you right clicked it again it would make a 3 way intersection (also facing the right). clicking on it yet again would yield a four way intersection, after that it would begin to reverse (3 way intersection and 90 degree turn) except it would be facing left. What this would do is make it possible to connect the different redstone lines you might have going in a clear, reasonable, manner.
note: I would be open to the idea of this carrying less than normal redstone dust, which would mean an increase need for delay/repeaters.
Note#2: Just for clarification, these redstone lines (unless they intersected) would not effect each other."
this could be use to solve the problem single block logic gates present.

I cant think of anymore ...:tongue.gif:
