The Lil' Creepa is a miniature creeper that is 1 block high and has circular feet. You would tame it much like a wolf but with gunpowder but if you happen to fail to tame it you get drench with gunpowder that it shoots out of its head. You can command the Lil' Creepa to fire gunpowder by left clicking on it after taming it.

Here is a quick pixel picture of a Lil' Creepa shooting out gunpowder when commanded to.

Here is the Lil' Creepa's anatomy.

Black(Lower)=Gunpowder Storage
Gray=Gunpowder Making Gland
Red=Main Organs
Green=Skin
Orange=Nose/Mouth
Yellow=Eyes
Black(Upper)=Gunpowder Firing Hole

Edit: Since when are creepers called green penises, they look nothing like that.

I did use many terms, and I got nothing.
Also, I AM making a serious suggestion and it would just make your enemys explode and the creeper wouldn't give you gunpowder.

And finally, what do you mean by when you posted your Lil' Creepa on the forum...
