A mob that will be a whale with white eyes that will only appear at night, and that will be able to make frightening cries in the ocean and only when the player is close to the ocean or in the ocean, and when you see it it will chase you with a very slow speed and when it touches you it will play an animation of it eating you, here is my idea I hope it will be added to the game and here is an image of what my mob could look like:

I like the general idea, but I think it needs to be fleshed out a bit more and given some function/ purpose. If Mojang were to add deeper oceans going down into DeepSlate levels this mob would visually be very suited for it. As oceans are now they feel kind of empty and something scary would spice it up a bit which is why I like your idea.
Perhaps whatever would be used to light an Ancient City portal frame would be all the way down at the bottom of the ocean and the mob you described would be patrolling those darkened depths.
