They would use the same crafting recipe as all wall pieces with the adition of one redstone dust and be shaped and look the same, with the exeption of a strip of virticle redstone dust inside the wall.
I think this would be extremely usefull in many redstone structures.
A good example i have is a simple yet practical use of placing copper bulbs on top of a redstone wall/post for street lamps.
Interesting idea for doing verticle RS, but the connectivity needs to be more fully explained (both for single instances of the RS-walls and where there are two or more in a row).
