So obviously we have the fire element (blaze) and the air element (breeze). So ofcourse we need the earth element and the water element so here are my takes on those.
Sand varient: the sandglaze (idk about the name) spawns during a new event called the sand storm which belive it or not acts like a sand storm. The sandglaze shoots out miny sandnados at the player tossing them around. The sandglaze can also dissolve into sand dust and quickly fly in a direction before reappearing.
Water varient: the aquaze or waveze spawns in a much deeper layer of the ocean than currently available and occasionally at ship wrecks deep under water. It can make worldpools sucking any player in a boat underwater. It can shoot bubbles that when explode pull the player in (due to the gap of air suddenly being filled in by water) where the player takes small amounts of damage from the water collapsing on them. It can also ride currents under water sending it in strange wavey patterns underwater.
Water variant kind of sounds like a 1.13 rejected vote mob, which I'm cool with. The sandglaze feels more like a fusion of the husk, breeze, and stray/bogged. I don't mind either of these simply for variety and because the 'living napalm tank' idea is a good enemy design for most games - feels both elemental, and humanized enough to be taken seriously.

Water one is cool, sand one is too similar to the breeze but I think a sanstorm concept is cool.
