No idea if this has been suggested before but after Googling a bit I didn't see any threads about it.
Anyway, I was thinking it would be great if you could pick up certain blocks and objects without having to spend time destroying them. Say you placed a block in the wrong spot. You could simply click on that block while holding a certain key (which you could customize to whatever) and you would pick it up and put it in a different spot. And there would obviously be limitations to this.
You cannot pick up any type of ore (except cobblestone [not smoothstone] and mossy cobblestone). And once you pick something up, you cannot switch to anything else until you place that block where you need it. And obviously no picking up bedrock.
You would also be able to move all types of place-able objects ( , , :Bench:, etc.)
I think this would be very helpful for all those occasions when you accidentally place a block in the wrong spot or something like that and want to fix it quick. Or you want to rearrange some glass without breaking it, or move some staircases or fences without having to take time breaking them. It would definitely save some time. And it wouldn't be that difficult to implement either.
This idea seems kind of pointless. Just break the block. If you accidentally place glass in the wrong spot, just break it, it's not like sand is hard to find.
How about we continue saying how about and make this another one of those spam my threads?
How about not? Oops. Well, whatever.
Anyway, this suggestion seems rather pointless to me, BUT we can at least make this pointless suggestion a little more sensible. Right click while not holding anything in your hand, picks up only man-made, crafted blocks such as the crafting tables and ladders and such, and you are not able to do anything else while hauling the block in your arms.

How about you just be careful or else re-break the block?
