Be able to make other building blocks with the concrete for example stairs or walls is for me a good idea!
It might be useful to recreate cities or even to make organic and for me the concrete goes with all the other blocks.
Not what you said originally, but okay.
White staircases and half slabs can be made using quartz, although personally I would not mind the addition of concrete walls, half slabs and staircases.
White concrete staircases could be added and be of a different shade of white, to add more creative options in both creative and survival modes respectively.
I don't really like the idea of incorporating the concrete tiles into the existing set because it adds another layer of confusion and unnecessary work. Taking stairs for example, if you want to make a staircase, you would need to build the stairs on the ground, then build the floor tiles on top of the stairs. This will set you back at least 6 hours, where a staircase could have been easily built in the first place. The same situation is with the walls. Instead of building a wall and then building the top rectangular block, which is the concrete, you have to build the entire wall and that would take a lot of time, not to mention that it would be a very sinful waste of resources.
It's a pretty good idea to add more concrete blocks cuz if you was building a city you could use some new concrete blocks to make skyscrapers look better.

We already have concrete in the game, and it is able to be dyed different colours. What exactly are you talking about?
