I took a leave of absence from these forums a while back, and whilst watching a Minecraft LP, inspiration struck!
I know dying armors has been suggested before, but I would like the option to dye not only armor, but weapons and other equipment as well. It would be hilarious to see the enemy running from what appears to be diamond plated opponents, only to realize later it was nothing but leather and iron.
Also, banners. Placeable like a block, two blocks high, and customizable any time like signs. The recipe would be like a sign, but with the wooden block replaced by wool/cloth. The best way I can explain how the customization of the banner should go is by asking you guys to look up the first Animal Crossing for Gamecube's pattern creation feature.
Basically, it would be a decently large block by block grid in which you could customize each square with a color.
Thoughts?

The most common response I hear to the question "Why haven't you bought Minecraft yet?!?!" is "I don't care that much." To which I usually reply with a firm, "I'm about to stab you."
