I can kind of see some of the feature's uses, two handed weapons would be awesome, but platinum armor, assuming it's between iron and diamond, would be kind of pointless, and as for laptops... or a "platinum golem"
"I like my idea, therefore Mojang MUST add it!" is never a good reason to add it. You're not Mojang. I love titanium, but that doesn't mean it simply needs to be in Minecraft.
Platinum tools and armor would be redundant. The Mohs scale is used as a reference for durability. On it, platinum can be either 4 or 4.5. Iron is 4.5 on the scale. So you'd have a new ore with a new set of armor that's nearly identical in both strength and appearance as an already existing material? That's the worst possible result.
I do like the idea of two-handed weapons, but twelve hearts? That's more than two Netherite sword swings (assuming Netherite would also be nerfed in the 1.14 Reddit combat snapshots). I'd rather see them do slightly more damage with slightly more range than normal attacks at the cost of an inability to block and maybe negating some of your armor. But killing players with a weapon that can max out at 21 hearts (with Sharpness 5 and a critical hit)? There is no way that would be balanced.
After a quick test, I found that, with enough Strength to match the base damage of your suggested two-handed Halberd (Strength 8, since according to the Wiki, Strength gives one and a half heart per level, therefore hitting slightly above the weapon's base 24 damage), you can kill a Zombie in full Protection 4 Diamond Armor and Resistance 2 in only 11 hits. No weapon can ever be that powerful.
The laptop is just plain overpowered. I can support adding checking the direct time to the game (albeit on the clock item), but your other two suggestions are far too abusable. Commanding villagers to do things? I presume that would mean you can direct them to spawn iron golems, breed, harvest crops, et cetera. That has its own set of balance issues. And I hope I don't need to explain why teleporting any player or mob from anywhere in the world can be abused. And from what I can tell from my research, platinum was rarely even used in computer parts.
Emeralds are easy enough to obtain, but an easy way to farm them with no work can't be balanced. And how does that relate to platinum?
Overall, these ideas are all far too unbalanced and unnecessary. Minecraft has worked just fine without any of these so far, and "I like it" isn't a good enough reason to add a new material.
No support.

If you'd like to talk with me about other games, here are a few I play.
Team Fortress 2
Borderlands series (Borderlands 2 is my favorite game, ever. TPS combat is a lot of fun and makes up for the lower-quality story, in my opinion)
Elder Scrolls series
Warframe (IGN is something like That_One_Flesh_Atronach)
Pokémon series (HGSS forever)
Rocket League
Fallout series
Left 4 Dead 2 (Boomer files always corrupt though)
SUPERHOT (SUPERHOT is the most innovative shooter I've played in years!)
Dead Rising series (Dead Rising 2 is one of my favorite games, and the 3rd was a lot of fun. 1st has poor survivor AI and the 4th is bad)
Just Cause series
Come to think of it, I mainly play fighting-based games.
Platinum is my favourite element on the periodic table so it is definitely needed in minecraft.
I know that a lot of people new to arguments will sometimes use words in ways that make no sense but think about what you've just said for a minute.
"This is my favorite thing, therefore it is needed in Minecraft"
1. Why should your favorite thing be implemented? My favorite element on the periodic table is lithium, why shouldn't my favorite element be implemented?
2. Why is your favorite thing needed? To be needed suggests that it is required to attain a goal. Presumably, the goal of a Minecraft Suggestion is to improve the game. Why does something being your favorite thing make it necessary to create an objectively better game?
Uses for Platinum:
Platinum Armour, Sword and Tools - Not much needs to be said there
Actually that's not entirely true, specifying how strong these tools and armor are would be nice, as well as providing any kind of justification for a new tool tier on top of what we already have.
Halberd - A large two-handed pole weapon that does 12 hearts of damage
I like Halberds but... how do you craft the Halberd? Does it operate the same way as a sword? What's its attack speed?
Laptop - A Device that would have many functions
Order from Villagers at home.
Ability to see the Minecraft Time
Ability to teleport Players and Mobs to you
and possibly more
Have you considered the fact that a laptop would clash with Minecraft's established style, besides removing the challenge of finding/breeding villagers and the challenge of building infrastructure to allow people easy transport to your area?
Platinum Golem - A golem that is used for creating emeralds every hour in the game.
Why?
Thoughts on my favourite element being in Minecraft?

My avatar is a texture from a small block game I made in Python. It's not very good and it probably won't work if you install it.
I'm very alone in my Minecraft worlds as I don't have a very good internet connection to run a server. If you're like me, you might be interested in my Posse mod suggestion.
