So, (i know this was probably suggested before) i thought of a grand cathedral that i wanted to build... The only problem is that there are no stained glass windows. So i was thinking how cool it would be. Like, you would mix dies with glass and they would make stained glass. This also changes the color of the light coming though.
derp, is has already suggested noob...go back to playing COD. and how about using the search bar next time.
Well...the search bar ain't working for me so deal with it.
i started a thread about this yesterday, and everyone was like no its impossible to change the light color, even if it was just transparent with the color that would be awesome
those are people who don't know anything about java and class
(nor do i)
but i'm pretty sure that by programing a patcher then this would be possible.
(ex. better light, they said you couldn't change the light engine. WELL NOTCH JUST DID THAT(because notch is badass))

It would be cool, would be simple to add and colored light would not cause a simple problem.

lolololololololol I've been thinking this the whole time :tongue.gif:
I think a lot of the time, people fail to think about how difficult things are to implement, and how processor taxing some ideas can be.
I kinda like stained glass, but is it worth adding 16 new blocks to achieve? Or is it better to have 16 new, totally unique blocks?

Yeah well when you put you mind to it and get the programming done, you'll come out with a pretty good stained glass window...
