This will make Minecraft more harder. One of the viruses could be Rabies. Usually coming from wolves if attacked. If wolves attack you can have a high chance of getting rabies. You wouldn't know until you start getting the symptoms, which are slowness, and weakness. Then, eventually leading to nausua, then, death.
Another, The flu, you can get this by standing in the raid for too long, or becoming very cold. You will have nasuea, and weakness. Rare chance of dying.
Cholera- You can get this by eating raw foods or drinking contaminated potions, symptoms will include: Fatiuge, weakness, nasuea. Moderate chance of dying.

All heil to me.

I’m not a fan of suggestions that add more survival elements to the game, especially mechanics that no real benefit. Adding diseases doesn’t fix a problem with the game, it just adds additional difficulty for no reason.
However I WOULD support additions that affect player health based on Biome ..
... Cold Biome > No Armour/leather etc > nothing to use for heat - health affected..
This would mean you'll need to kill a few cows to get leather quickly & Craft campfires to keep warm - cook meat to regain health
If you're in a desert.. you dehydrate quickly so you need to have a water supply - maybe introduce the leather Watersack - similar to a bottle, holds a bit more water than those though - but quicker to craft (couple of leather & string maybe ??) & while travelling during daylight your health is affected quicker than walking in evening/night etc
If you're up an extreme mountain - spriting will cause health to decrease faster than if you were at sea level (thin atmosphere)

Doesn’t sound necessary imo, purely because it sounds plain annoying and useless. If you’re going to suggest something, please give it a use.
I don't think that would be a good idea. For one thing wolves can die from rabies. it'd make it harder to tame one.
So add a bunch of stuff that makes the game more annoying and nothing else?
Nah.
Stay fluffy~
I don't support suggestions like this. I do agree the game needs to be harder, but not by adding in diseases.
No Support
More detail is also required. Is there a way to cure these? If so, how would we go about doing it?
Hey guys I'm James, I used to be a noob but now I'm not, I finally figured out how to use TextCraft so here's a banner for one of my suggestions.
No Support ... For this idea

Yeah I agree but it should be toggle-able and used forcefully only on hardcore
I like the cold idea, the rest not so much but yea, the cold one i love
No support. It will make the game way too hard and it is kind of stupid.
