This suggestion revolves around tools and weapons.
What is a Special Skill?
Special Skills are, put simply, a better way of using your tools. However, using these Special Skills have a cost. Using these Special Skills consecutively will quickly eat up hunger, and you also cannot use a Special Skill when you have less than six FP (Food Points), similarly being unable to sprint. Using Special Skills will also eat up durability quickly.
List of Special Skills
Sword (Spin Attack)
Holding down right-click with a sword in your hand will charge a Spin Attack. Releasing right-click will cause nearby entities to be damaged, as well as destroy some "foliage" blocks (Tall grass, flowers, etc.) The charge can reach three levels, with the radius being 6, 8, and 10 blocks for each level of charge. It deals x1.5 damage than usual. Sneaking will cancel the charge.
Axe (Raging Whirlwind)
Holding down right-click will trigger Raging Whirlwind. It's similar to Spin Attack, except you can attack as long as you want (Or until your hunger bar runs out). However, the attack radius is slightly nerfed, being 5 blocks, and the damage boost is now x1.25. Releasing right-click will cause you to slam the ground with your axe, triggering a shockwave, dealing big damage to targets within a large area. Sneaking while using Raging Whirlwind will cancel the shockwave.
Shovel (Flurry Rush)
Holding down right-click will trigger Flurry Rush. Releasing right-click will cause you to attack quickly several times. As you charge Flurry Rush, you can charge to reach three levels, allowing you to attack 4, 6, and 8 times for each level of charge. The final hit is the only hit that deals knockback, so it is ensured that all of the hits will connect (Most of the time). Each hit deals x0.5 damage a normal shovel hit would. Sneaking cancels the attack.
Pickaxe (Cave Stripper)
Unlike the other Special Skills, this one is toggleable. Pressing right-click will activate Cave Stripper, and your mining speed will increase drastically. You can use this to quickly make strip mines. Mining speed on stone increases by x4, and mining speed on ores increases by x1.75. However, regardless of what block you mine, you will use double mining durability when using the skill.
Bow (Bullet Time)
Jumping from a high area and getting ready to draw your bow triggers Bullet Time. All entities within a 30-block area of you (Including yourself) are given the Bullet Time effect, in which they slow down drastically in all things they do (Jumping, mining, etc., except for looking around), leaving them open to attack. You can fire as many arrows as you want until you hit the ground.
As of right now, that's all. I'm thinking of ones for the Crossbow, Trident, and Elytra. For now, what do you think?
