After Mojang, the Minecraft Developer released a snapshot for the new combat system, I do a lot of research about it and came out with an idea. Since the new combat system are still under development, how about adding a new 'combat skill' feature. The current combat system is better than before thats why I came out with this idea. This 'combat skill' have the same concept as the enchantment book, the skill guidance. You cannot craft the skill guidance, it can only be found in dungeon, temple, ruins, etc. Oh! I almost forgot the 'skill combat' have four difference types-common, elite, epic and rare. In order to apply this 'combat skill' you need a training table ( a new block ) and it will required a specific cost and exp based on the types you want to use. Eventhough, there is a limit to this feature to mske it less OP. You can only apply two 'combat skill' at once but you can change it whenever you wanted to.
Example:
Common Type
1. Dash
This skill will allow you to blink towards the enemies to do an attack or a specific direction to avoid the fight. Level 1 Dash will blink up to three blocks. Level 2 Dash will blink up to 5 blocks. Doesn't deal any damage to the enemy when using this skill.
Cost : 3 exp
Cooldown : 5 second
Specialty : Blink
Elite Type
1. Dual Strike
In order to use this skill you must wielding two sword at the time. Its basically a double-attack skill which the first strike will deal 1-2 heart (bonus damage) and the second strike will do a knockback to the target. No level.
Cost : 6 exp and 10 iron ingots
Cooldown : 7 second
Specialty : Attack on Entity/Crowd Control
2. Battle Axe
This skill allowing you to throw an axe to the enemy and deal 2 heart (bonus damage). When the axe hit an entity or block, it will drop as an item. When pick the axe that you throw the cooldown will be reduced to 2 second. However, when you use another axe, the cooldown will not reduced. Up to level 2.
Cost : 8 exp and 4 iron ingots
Cooldown : 8 second
Specialty : Attack on Entity
Epic Type
1. Full Thrust
By using a trident will allows you to use this skill which is very affective. When you throwing the trident towards multiple enemies it will deal 2-3 heart (bonus damage) and give a stun affect for two second. Up to level 2
Cost : 17 exp and 3 diamonds
Cooldown : 10 second
Specialty : Attack on Entity/Crowd Control
2. Hook 'n' Slash
By using a sword and a fishing rod will allows you to hook an enemy towards you and deal up to 6 heart (critical damage) with the the sword. No level.
Cost : 15 exp, 2 diamonds and 1 pufferfish
Cooldown : 8 second
Specialty : Attack on Entity/Poke
Rare Type
1. Shield Wall
This skill required a shield to cast. You execute a wall of particle that can deflect any kind of range attack including potion at certain area. You can use this skill to protect your ally or slowing down the enemy to recover your hp. However, everytime you use the skill, your exp will drop by 1.
Cost : 30 exp and 2 enchanted apple/golden apple
Cooldown : 5 second
Specialty : Defense

Cool idea, but I think the cost for these skills are way too high. They should cost different amounts of hunger instead. There should also be more skills, to encourage more playstyles.
