I plan to write an extensive topic about what is planned with the Minecraft Lore. But first I would like to ask whether in the future there will be the unification of accounts.
I've been playing Minecraft since its Xbox 360 version went on sale. And it's obvious that I could say that I have a Minecraft account since then.
But, until today that I registered on the official website, I did not have a Minecraft account as such. All this leads me to think about the possibility that in the future all the accounts of all the platforms will be unified. Is there anything planned for the future?
I know that since the purchase of Microsoft there is a "unification" with Xbox Live accounts. But I thought of something in the Fortnite style. Where progress, purchases, skins, etc., are shared and maintained from one account to another.
I would like to see a single Minecraft account in the future. That would serve for all platforms. That it serves to unify everything, be the content or even unify the whole community.
I have several ideas in mind. One would be to use an account as the "basic" one to which the others would join (for example, the Xbox Live account).
For example, "someone" has a Minecraft Java account dated 09/17/2009 and Minecraft Windows 10 account dated 09/17/2017. If you want you can join your Windows 10 and Java accounts BUT use the Java account as the "basic" to maintain the date of 09/17/2009. (And vice versa)
This would be just an example (I hope have understood me XD)
I think it's really important to consider creating a unique account, for the future of Minecraft. Even more if Minecraft begins to diversify with other games like Minecraft Dungeons or Minecraft Earth.
That is all. Thank you for your time and forgive my English.
