So i was thinking you could make tools out of bones.
For example, you could make a cobblestone pickaxe with bones instead of wood.
Bone tools would really be only suitable for spears / knifes.
Would add more function to bone blocks and bones.
Also im suggesting short swords (knifes) and spears
I found this on ebay its apparently real human tibia sword this is horrifying
The bone was fashioned into tools such as spoons, knives, awls, pins, fish hooks, needles, flakers, hide scrapers and beamers. They made musical rasps, flutes and whistles as well as toys of bone. Decoratively carved articles were also made of bone such as hair combs, hair pins and pendants. Antler is much harder than bone and was used for flakers, points, knives and hair combs. Even the teeth and hooves did not go to waste. The teeth were drilled and used for decoration on clothing and necklaces. The hooves were also drilled and used for decoration on clothing as well as strung for rattles and bells. from wikipedia
Maybe they could replace wood in biomes where there arent many trees.
A bone hoe could have a fertilizing perk or something like that, but bone tools are kind of supposed to replace wood when there isn't any wood.
Do you have any ideas?
Maybe it wouldn't necessarily be a rarer item, but indeed has weak buffs? Such as the suggested fertilizing perk for a bone hoe, allows the farmland blocks to be "wet" when used even if in a desert, but with a durability equal to or lesser than a gold hoe, and a bone axe which has the ability that increases the sapling drop (especially useful with jungle trees, I always struggle to get a sapling from those). Those are the only two things I can think of atm. Perhaps it will jog your mind enough to think of the rest?
