Note: This is one big suggestion so if this fits better elsewhere please make me aware of this
There may be enough of a unifying theme in your suggestion to avoid having this locked as a wishlist (and some of the ideas might be interestingly developed), but each of the additions you list needs to be much more fully developed.
Taking the first as example: questions/comments in red
"Red Pandas - Real life animal, Passive, Can climb trees, Sits on big branch-like areas, Drops Bamboo, Spawns in Bamboo and Jungle biomes, Angers villagers when attacked near them, Can tame with bamboo and will scare off spiders"
Red Pandas describe in MC terms how this animal would look in MC, otherwise this is just a name to most readers Also, how do RED pandas differ from the already in-process MC pandas?
Real life animal irrelevant, some of the best additions have been fantastic [literal meaning]
Passive assuming you mean this would be a passive mob (MC definition), saying so explicitly would be more useful than a one word description of temperment
Can climb trees How? Given the typical MC tree this would mean either climbing the outside of the leaf blocks or phasing through them, either option needs an explanation of the mechanics by which it is to be accomplished
Sits on big branch-like areas What constitutes big? … a 'branch-like area'? What sort of trees currently have these? If none, to which sorts would this feature be added? What would it look like and how would it be generated?
Drops Bamboo under what conditions? (player kill only? or also environmental death?) how much?
Spawns in Bamboo and Jungle biomes good, but might also address wether it can also spawn in the variants (eg jungle hills)
Angers villagers when attacked near them how does this manifest? (loss of village reputation? anger noises only?) What constitutes near? How long does this last? Can any player action shorten or negate the effect?
Can tame with bamboo how much bamboo? delivered by what mechanic? (compare wolf and horse taming for differing examples) What effect(s) does taming have?
and will scare off spiders at what range? does this vary with conditions? (ie rain/light/skyview/biome) how far do spiders run? (and how fast?) how long does this effect persist?
The original suggestion could be a reasonable set of guidlines for a human moderated (open form) RPG, but adding something to a computer game (particularly one that will be played by very large numbers with widely varying worldviews and expectations) requires a much higher dergree of specificity.
