We have turtle helmets already, so i was thinking about 2more custom helmets that could have something special with them.
Nautilus shell helmets:
Those helmets are crafted from 5nautilus shells. They are meant for underwater And ground. They have really really special effect. When you wear it and even have other armor on. Then when someone( a living creature) deals you damage, then its enables you invisibility for 10 seconds. After it, theres a cooldown for sometime. Nautilus helmets have this special effect, when damaged then you turn invisible with the helmet itself and with no particles. When you wear other armor, that will be not invisible, but nautilus shell helmet will be.
So when you're wearing just the helmet and somebody attacks you you turn completely invisible for 10 seconds, allow you to escape. When you hold any items, they'll turn invisible too.
Shulker shell helmets:
Crafted same way, 5 shells
It gives you immunity to levitation. It gives ya very much gear points. It gives you slow falling effect, but only in the end. When youre in the overworld or underwater, nothing happens. Its just very strong helmet, which gives much armor points. In end you get slow falling bonus effect
My take on these was that the nautilus helm was under-powered. (To the point I don't see ever using it.) It works fully:
only for ten seconds,
only if otherwise unarmored, and
only after some (not all entities) have inflicted damage.
The shulker helm – on the other hand – seems like an expensive bit of kit designed to make shulker hunting easy (after the first five).
The slow falling effect seems like it might be self balancing as the inability to drop out of trouble would offset the ability to drift down. [Just how useful/powerful this status effect is remains to be seen.]
The levitation immunity, however, removes one of (if not the main) hazard(s) in hunting shulkers.
If the helm negated the Leviration from only the first shulker bullet… then had a comparatively long (~5-10 second) recharging period before it would neutralize another, the item would remain quite useful while being less likely to make shulker hunts 'walk-overs'.
