The "Pymorpha" is a shark like creature that lurks in the lava oceans of the nether, ready to chomp any players who decide to sail it's boiling oceans.
I decided to create the Pymorpha due to the fact that if obsidian boats were to be added to minecraft, there needed to be a threat that comes with it.
Stats:
40 health
10 attack damage + fire damage
Drops nothing.

The model is great and adding something to the Nether oceans would be much appreciated. How much health would it have and how much damage would it deal? It probably won't be able to drop anything since it lives in lava...

Obsidian boats definitely seem like a nice idea. A way to traverse the Nether seas.
You still didn't include enough information, though.
First off, it'd be nice if it dropped something fireproof that floated to the top of the lava, and which could be picked up by the player simply sailing their boat over the item.
How does it behave? Is it normally unseen beneath the depths of the lava, only appearing to attack the player by... what? Jumping at the boat? Spewing fire? Splashing lava?
How much would there be? If there's going to be 1 of these every 10 blocks, no thanks.
Also, "Pymorpha" wouldn't fit the Minecraft naming scheme.

This is neat, but should have some sort of drop. The drop could possibly float in lava.
I really like the idea, but it'd seem a little weird to have these in the Nether but not sharks in the Overworld.
I definitely like the idea of an item drop that "lavaproofs" things (as for what things, we can finesse in further discussion, i'm just saying) and, hey, everything's worse in the nether, so the Overworld gets dolphins and the nether gets Pymorphas. Works for me.

Nice suggestion, I actually think this should be in the game! It should drop an item called Pymorpha Rock (it's brain) which is used to craft block with a 9 grid crafting table and takingup 9 grid, blocks can make stairs or slab and the item are used to also craft a heat sheild witch is bassicly legging so you can swim in lava.

Hey guys I'm James, I used to be a noob but now I'm not, I finally figured out how to use TextCraft so here's a banner for one of my suggestions.

Ok, sorting through your grammar, what I think you're suggesting is:
A ) An item drop called Pymorpha Rock.
B ) It can be crafted into a block version in the same way Iron Ingots, Gold Ingots, Diamonds, etc. can be turned into blocks.
C ) The Pymorpha Rock can also make lavaproof leg armor.
I do like the idea of a material that can be turned into a block, however, I have an idea for a more decorative addition to this.
"Pymorphic Nether Brick". Like Red Nether Brick, but crafted with Pymorpha Rock instead of Nether Wart, and it would have the full variety of Nether Brick blocks (stairs, slab, fence.) It would be dark gray or nearly black versions of the Nether Brick texture, and would instantly extinguish any fire that tried to spawn on it.

Nether "Sea Creature"? Perfect!

Sounds pretty good. Maybe when it dies it will have drops that shoot at you as if you were fishing it, or simply XP orbs that shower upwards.
I wonder how to get items after killed a pymorpha since the items might fall in the lava and lost them.

I named it the Pymorpha because
PYro = Fire
selachiMORPHA = shark

Well if the Pymorpha were to drop anything it would be basalt, considering thats what its made of.
I may make another post on basalt on how it would be a nice naturally spawning block for the nether.
Yeah, if it was Minecraft, they'd name it "lava shark" or something.
Any word on the rest of my post? The more important bits?

Ah well it attacks like a "drive-by". It swims right past you, but in the process, attacks... and then keeps swimming... and then turns around... etc
You're in a boat, though, so it can't just brush past the boat and somehow damage you in the process, assuming that it does melee damage, not ranged.

So if you're in a boat it can splash some lava particles on you and inflict heavy fire damage
Yeah, you said 10 damage + fire.
Is 10 damage for Easy mode?
Will the fire last as long as the fire that results from touching lava and immediately moving away?
Also, it seems quite underwhelming for a lava shark to just splash a bit of lava on you and instantly deal 10 damage. It needs a better way to attack.

Ramming would more accurately damage the durability of the boat or tip it over and make you fall.
Causing waves might work but is again a little underwhelming that the entire shark jaw is just for show.
I'm thinking it could breathe fire, but that might be a little too strong.
