Or, if he's like me, then he already probably has his brightness pretty far up.
And uses a metric ton of torches per room.
The brightness IS a problem. I've done all of the above and none of them fix it. Next time, let's not troll a worthy suggestion, k?

Woah, I wasn't trolling, by far! I Said welcome, this being hes 1st post and gave him a bunch of advice. I haven't had this problem before, but I did my best at helping.

He obviously wasn't trolling. Those are all good ways to increase vision at night without notch having to spend time coding something like this.
