While I'd like to see more definitive data on MobB spawn conditions, behavior, etc
#1 My impression is that MobB was intended to encourage coerce regular bed usage (which also assists in breaking high altitude farms – particularly for AFKing, which seems to be its other intended purpose)
#2 Chuckle worthy, but also might be useful in that penned sheep providing a defense could be emplyed to counteract some of the coecive effects of MobB
#3 I'd also like to see /gamerule disableInsomnia true/false as (depending on the implementation details) MobB could be a fun addition stripped of the attempt to force sleeping

WARNING: I have an extemely "grindy" playstyle; YMMV — if this doesn't seem fun to you, mine what you can from it & bin the rest.
1. Phantoms don't want you sleeping so they should stay near beds if possible to protect them from you sleeping.... I thought Phantoms just attack players who don't sleep. The description on them claims when the player doesn't dream they "see what's really there". I assume Phantoms are fine with you sleeping.
2. This has been suggested on the MC Forum but they should avoid sheep I saw that suggestion on reddit too. It's a small funny idea, but at the same time not your own. I'm not opposed to you adding it if you had a longer list of mini ideas, but right now you only have one real idea (#1).
3. For cowards, /gamerule disablePhantoms true/false Then just use peaceful, by your logic let's make two dozen gamerule each for each mob. However ScotMiser's idea of disabling insomnia- that could work.
Sorry but I just don't agree with most of your points.
